حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ
فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ وَوَلَدِ الزِّنَى: إِذَا مَاتَ وَرِثَتْهُ أُمُّهُ حَقَّهَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ وَإِخْوَتُهُ لِأُمِّهِ حُقُوقَهُمْ، وَكَانَ مَا بَقِيَ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ.
