حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
يَرِثُ ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ أُمَّهُ، [فَإِذَا مَاتَ] [١]وَرِثَهُ مَنْ كَانَ يَرِثُ أُمَّهُ
