حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ كَانَ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْجَدَّةَ أُمَّ الْأَبِ وَابْنُهَا حَيٌّ، قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: وَتُوُفِّيَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ فَلَمْ يُوَرِّثْ [١]
