✧ Those who do not associate the brothers and sisters from father and mother with the maternal brothers in their third, and say it is for them

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ:
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَأَبَا مُوسَى وَأُبَيًّا كَانُوا لَا يُشَرِّكُونَ. قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: وَلَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا اخْتَلَفُوا عَنْهُ فِي الشَّرِكَةِ إِلَّا عَلِيٌّ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُشَرِّكُ
