حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
لِأُمِّهَا السُّدُسُ، وَلِزَوْجِهَا الشَّطْرُ، وَالثُّلُثُ بَيْنَ الْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأُمِّ وَالْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ الْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ
