✧ A man who died leaving his two sisters from his father and mother, and brothers and sisters from the father, or leaving his daughter, his son's daughters, and his son's son

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ بَسَّامٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ:

لِأُخْتَيْهِ لِأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثَانِ، وَلِإِخْوَتِهِ لِأَبِيهِ وَأَخَوَاتِهِ مَا بَقِيَ لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ فِي قَوْلِ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدٍ، وَفِي قَوْلِ عَبْدِ اللهِ: لِأُخْتَيْهِ [١]لِأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثَانِ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلذُّكُورِ مِنْ إِخْوَتِهِ دُونَ إِنَاثِهِمْ
