✧ Those who used to say the heirs are more entitled to the wealth than others

حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ:
مَرِضَ أَبُو الْعَالِيَةِ فَأَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا، [ذَكَرُوا لَهُ أَنَّهُ مِنْ] [١]وَرَاءِ النَّهَرِ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ حَيًّا فَلَا أُعْتِقُهُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَيِّتًا فَهُوَ عَتِيقٌ؛ وَذَكَرَ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ: ﴿وَلَهُ ذُرِّيَّةٌ ضُعَفَاءُ ﴾
