حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا شَهِدَ رَجُلَانِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ فَإِنَّمَا أَقَرُّوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ
