حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي وَارِثٍ أَقَرَّ بِدَيْنٍ، قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ [١]نَصِيبُهُ بِحِصَّتِهِ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ: يُخْرَجُ مِنْ نَصِيبِهِ
