حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ حَمَّادٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى فِي الْفُقَرَاءِ بِدَرَاهِمَ ؟ قَالَ: لَمْ نَرَ [١]بَأْسًا أَنْ يُفَضِّلَ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ بِقَدْرِ الْحَاجَةِ
