حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الْأَسِيرِ فِي أَيْدِي الْعَدُوِّ: إِنْ أَعْطَى عَطِيَّةً أَوْ نَحَلَ نَحْلًا أَوْ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِهِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ
