حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ: أَنَّهُ قَرَأَ عَلَى فُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِذَا الْتَقَى الزَّحْفَانِ وَالْمَرْأَةُ يَضْرِبُهَا الْمَخَاضُ، لَا يَجُوزُ لَهُمَا فِي مَالِهِمَا إِلَّا الثُّلُثُ
