حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِنَّمَا كَانُوا يُوصُونَ بِالْخُمُسِ وَالرُّبُعِ، وَالثُّلُثُ مُنْتَهَى الْجَامِحِ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ: مُنْتَهَى الْجِمَاحِ
