حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: قَالَ سُفْيَانُ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى بِأَشْيَاءَ وَقَالَ: أَعْتِقُوا عَنِّي: فَبِالْحِصَصِ، وَإِذَا أَوْصَى فَقَالَ: فُلَانٌ حُرٌّ، بُدِئَ بِالْعَتَاقَةِ
