حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ:
أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِ وَلَدِهِ، وَلَهُ ذَكَرٌ وَأُنْثَى: أَنَّ لَهُ نَصِيبَ الْأُنْثَى [١]
