حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةُ غُلَامٍ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَلَا جَارِيَةٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ
