حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ يَعْلَى قَاضِي الْبَصْرَةِ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكْتُبُ وَصِيَّتَهُ ثُمَّ يَخْتِمُهَا ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: اشْهَدُوا عَلَى مَا فِيهَا، قَالَ: جَائِزٌ
