حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ فِي رَجُلٍ تَصَدَّقَ بِمَالِهِ كُلِّهِ عَلَى غَيْرِ وَارِثٍ ثُمَّ حَبَسَهُ حَتَّى مَاتَ: يُرَدُّ ذَلِكَ إِلَى الثُّلُثِ
