حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَامِرٌ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ثَلَاثَةَ بَنِينَ، وَأَوْصَى بِمِثْلِ نَصِيبِ أَحَدِهِمْ ؟ قَالَ: هُوَ رَابِعٌ، لَهُ الرُّبُعُ
