حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ يَعْلَى:
فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِوَصِيَّةٍ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَبَرَأَ ثُمَّ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى مَاتَ، قَالَ: جَائِزَةٌ
