حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، أَنَّ قَتَادَةَ
سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي لِغَيْرِ قَرَابَتِهِ ؟ قَالَ: كَانَ سَالِمٌ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ وَعَطَاءٌ يَقُولُونَ: هِيَ لِمَنْ أَوْصَى [١]لَهُ بِهَا
