حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي لِلْأَبَاعِدِ وَيَتْرُكُ الْأَقَارِبَ، قَالَ: تُجْعَلُ وَصِيَّتُهُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَثْلَاثٍ: لِلْأَقَارِبِ ثُلُثَانِ، وَلِلْأَبَاعِدِ ثُلُثٌ
