حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
بَلَغَنِي أَنَّ صَفِيَّةَ أَوْصَتْ لِقَرَابَةٍ لَهَا بِمَالٍ عَظِيمٍ وَكَثِيرٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ كَانُوا وَرَثَتَهَا - لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ - فَوَرِثَهَا غَيْرُهُمْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَجَازَ لَهُمْ مَا أَوْصَتْ
