حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ فَقُتِلَ [١]خَطَأً، قَالَ: يَدْخُلُ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ فِي ثُلُثِ مَالِهِ
