حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
: فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِالْوَصِيَّةِ فَيَمُوتُ الْمُوصَى لَهُ قَبْلَ الَّذِي أَوْصَى، قَالَ: تَبْطُلُ، وَإِنْ مَاتَ الَّذِي أَوْصَى ثُمَّ الَّذِي أُوصِيَ لَهُ: كَانَ لِوَرَثَتِهِ
