حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ وَرَّادٍ - مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ - قَالَ:
كَتَبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ إِلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ: أَيُّ شَيْءٍ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ ؟ قَالَ: فَأَمْلَاهَا عَلَيَّ الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ، فَكَتَبَ بِهَا إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا سَلَّمَ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، اللَّهُمَّ لَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ

O Allah, there is none who can withhold what You have given, and none who can give what You have withheld, and the might of the mighty does not benefit him against You."
