حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْجُلَاسِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ قَالَ:
كُنَّا عِنْدَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَمَرَّ بِهِ مَرْوَانُ فَقَالَ [لَهُ ] [١]: بَعْضَ حَدِيثِكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ مَضَى ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَقُلْنَا: الْآنَ يَقَعُ بِهِ، فَقَالَ: كَيْفَ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يُصَلِّي عَلَى الْجِنَازَةِ ؟ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: أَنْتَ هَدَيْتَهَا لِلْإِسْلَامِ وَأَنْتَ قَبَضْتَ رُوحَهَا، تَعْلَمُ سِرَّهَا وَعَلَانِيَتَهَا، جِئْنَاكَ [٢]شُفَعَاءَ، فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا

He said: I heard him say: "You guided it to Islam and You seized its soul; You know its secret and what is open of it; we have come to You as intercessors, so forgive it."
