حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى
أَنَّ عَامِلَ عُمَانَ كَتَبَ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي سَاحِرَةٍ أَخَذَهَا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ: إِنِ اعْتَرَفَتْ أَوْ قَامَتْ عَلَيْهَا الْبَيِّنَةُ فَاقْتُلْهَا
