✧ Regarding the people whose house is tunneled into, so they call for help, and they find people stealing, so they are seized, and with some of them is the goods

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَخَذَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ ثَوْبًا فَقَالَ: سَرَقْتَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا أَخَذْتُهُ بِحَقٍّ لِي عَلَيْهِ ؟ فَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ: لَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ
