حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
أَنَّ الْوَلِيدَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُقِيمَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ الْحَدَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ: لَا تُقِمْهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ أَصَابَهُ فِيهِ
