✧ Who said that if she commits fornication while pregnant, she is waited with until she gives birth, then she is stoned

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
أُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ بِشُرَاحَةَ - امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ هَمْدَانَ - وَهِيَ حُبْلَى مِنْ زِنًى، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا عَلِيٌّ فَحُبِسَتْ فِي السِّجْنِ، فَلَمَّا وَضَعَتْ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا أَخْرَجَهَا يَوْمَ الْخَمِيسِ فَضَرَبَهَا مِائَةَ سَوْطٍ وَرَجَمَهَا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ
