حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَحَمَّادٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
لَا يُحْصَنُ الْحُرُّ بِيَهُودِيَّةٍ وَلَا نَصْرَانِيَّةٍ وَلَا بِأَمَةٍ
