حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْحَلْقِ، فَقَالَ: " جَعَلَهُ اللهُ [تَعَالَى] [١]نُسُكًا وَسُنَّةً، وَجَعَلَهُ النَّاسُ عُقُوبَةً
