حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا سَكِرَ الْإِمَامُ جُلِدَ وَهُوَ لَا يَعْقِلُ، فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ عَقَلَ امْتَنَعَ
