حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي الثَّمَرَةِ قَطْعٌ، وَلَا فِي الْمَاشِيَةِ الرَّاعِيَةِ، وَلَكِنْ فِيهَا نَكَالٌ وَتَضْعِيفُ الْغُرْمِ، فَإِذَا آوَاهَا الْمُرَاحُ أَوِ الْجَرِينُ؛ يُقْطَعُ إِذَا سَرَقَ قَدْرَ رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ
