حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا سَرَقَ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الْغَنِيمَةِ وَلَهُ فِيهَا شَيْءٌ لَمْ يُقْطَعْ، فَإِنْ سَرَقَ مِنْهَا وَلَيْسَ لَهُ فِيهَا نَصِيبٌ؛ قُطِعَ
