حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ إِذَا كَانَ لَهُ فِيهِ نَصِيبٌ
