حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ جَارِيَةً مِنَ الْفَيْءِ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَدٌّ، لَهُ فِيهَا نَصِيبٌ
