حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَسَنٍ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَعَامِرٍ
فِي الْمَمْلُوكِ تَكُونُ لَهُ امْرَأَةٌ حُرَّةٌ، فَتَجِيءُ بِوَلَدٍ فَيَنْتَفِي مِنْهُ، قَالَ: يُضْرَبُ وَلَا لِعَانَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَيُلْزَقُ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ
