حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ قَالَ:
الْجُمُعَةُ، وَالْحُدُودُ، وَالزَّكَاةُ، وَالْفَيْءُ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ
