حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ حَدٌّ حَتَّى تُحْصَنَ بِزَوْجٍ
