حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ: يَقُولُ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ:
إِذَا فَجَرَتِ الْأَمَةُ وَلَمْ تَكُنْ تَزَوَّجَتْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ: لَا يُقَامُ عَلَيْهَا الْحَدُّ
