✧ Concerning the man whose slave commits adultery, whether the hadd punishment is carried out on him or not

حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
شَهِدْتُ أَبَا بَرْزَةَ ضَرَبَ أَمَةً لَهُ فَجَرَتْ، قَالَ: وَعَلَيْهَا مِلْحَفَةٌ قَدْ جُلِّلَتْ بِهَا، قَالَ: وَعِنْدَهُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، [قَالَ] [١]: ثُمَّ قَرَأَ: ﴿وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴾
