حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى وَعَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا: كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا سَرَقَ السَّارِقُ مِرَارًا قَطَعْتُ يَدَهُ وَرِجْلَهُ، ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ؛ اسْتَوْدَعْتُهُ السِّجْنَ
