حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا نَفَى [الرَّجُلُ] [١]الرَّجُلَ مِنْ أَبِيهِ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ أُمُّهُ مَمْلُوكَةً
