حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ رُزَيْقٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبْتُ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي رَجُلٍ قَذَفَ ابْنَهُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُهُ: إِنْ جُلِدَ أَبِي اعْتَرَفْتُ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ عُمَرُ: اجْلِدْهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُ
