حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْيَهُودِيَّةُ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تَحْتَ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ فَقَذَفَهَا رَجُلٌ؛ فَلَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ
