حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا عَلَى رَجُلٍ بِالزِّنَى، فَكَانَ أَحَدُهُمْ لَيْسَ بِعَدْلٍ ؟ قَالَ: يُدْرَأُ عَنْهُ [١]الْحَدُّ؛ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَرْبَعَةٌ
