حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ:
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْرِقُ فَتُقْطَعُ يَدُهُ، قَالَ: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يُوجَدَ مَعَهُ شَيْءٌ
