حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: كَانَ عَطَاءٌ يَقُولُ:
إِنْ سَرَقَ وَشَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ ثُمَّ قَتَلَ فَهُوَ الْقَتْلُ، لَا يُقْطَعُ وَلَا يُحَدُّ
